UPDATE: On 8/11, NJDEP announced that they'll be testing outside of the site, collecting soil-gas and groundwater samples in public rights of way in neighborhoods in Keyport and Union Beach. We encourage folks to continue to reach out to Governor Sherrill’s office as we await these results. Continued public engagement will help ensure this investigation remains a priority.
Stay tuned for our next call to action. Expanded testing happened because residents came together and demanded action. By staying engaged, we can continue pushing for answers and accountability.
